Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about running AdminRelay.
How does AdminRelay actually run my fix?
You write the message your users see and attach your own Windows script. AdminRelay shows each user a clean, branded prompt with three choices — schedule, remind later, or run it now — and the moment they confirm, your script runs on that device automatically. No manual remote session, no chasing. Reminders and rescheduling happen on their own until it's done.
How do I deploy AdminRelay to my users' machines?
AdminRelay ships as a single MSI. Install it manually, or push it silently through Intune, Group Policy, or any RMM. There is no separate agent to manage.
How is it licensed?
AdminRelay is $5 per PC per year, with a five-seat minimum. Terms run from one to five years; longer terms are priced lower and include a price lock, and unused seats are credited back prorated. There are no lifetime licenses.
What is your refund policy?
AdminRelay is licensed annually, and licenses are non-refundable. If you're not sure it's the right fit, talk to us first — we'll help you scope the right plan and seat count before you buy.
